BBA Mamas Barre Class and Coffee Catch Up

Hey BBA Mamas,

Are you looking to return to fitness or train with other international mamas in a fun and supportive group? 

Join us for our first BBA Mamas Barre and Coffee event on the 28th of September to combine a good workout with a coffee catch-up.  The barre class will start promptly at 12pm at the Youpila studio in Eppendorf. 

This is an exclusive, private class, just for us, and will be taught in English by Tharina. You are also welcome to bring your baby/child with you as there are mats, toys, and a play corner.

Please note: This class is recommended for mamas who are at least 12 weeks post-partum and ready to exercise – please check with your doctor if you are unsure before coming. You are welcome to bring your baby, but it would be best if they have control of their head i.e. are at least 3 months old.

What’s included?

1 hour private Barre Class at Youpila. We will walk to Belum Coffee Bar and the coffee/snacks will be at your own expense.

What to wear and what to bring

Wear your workout clothes and bring a water bottle. YouPila will provide yoga mats and other equipment. If you're bringing your baby, we recommend bringing a front pack so you can carry them on your chest. 

FULL AGENDA:

12 pm-1 pm Private Barre Class at Youpila

1 pm onwards – walk to Belum Coffee Bar to grab coffee (at your own expense) and either sit down together or walk

WHY IS THERE A TICKET FEE?

Running a community of the size of BBA with events multiple times per month comes with significant costs and time resources, charging for our events helps us to cover these costs + reward our staff/volunteers so that we can continue running BBA for years to come.

BOOKING POLICY

Refunds: We do not allow refunds unless we have to cancel the meet-up due to changes in the government covid guidance/restrictions. If you can no longer attend please get in touch to let us know as we usually have a waiting list for meet-ups, and your spot can be passed on to another community member. However, if you drop out less than 24hrs prior to the meet-up then we cannot guarantee that someone from the waiting list will be available to take over the spot.
