📍 Meeting point: Main part of the Stadtpark 'meadow' that looks toward the Stadtpark lake. (Look for a purple umbrella)

➕ What to bring: Nothing will be provided, so please bring something to sit on, snacks and drinks if you'd like, games, etc.

BBA was originally designed as a community for women. However we recognize that individuals who do not identify as women may also face similar challenges. Therefore we are actively striving to create inclusive environments that are friendly to individuals who identify as FLINTA (acronym for women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender people). If you're seeking a space where you can collaborate and connect with like-minded individuals we welcome you to join us.

WHY IS THERE A TICKET FEE FOR SOME EVENTS?

Running a community of the size of BBA with events multiple times per month comes with significant costs and time resources, charging for our events helps us to cover these costs + reward our staff/volunteers so that we can continue running BBA for years to come.

Please note that BBA (and possibly our event partners) may take photos and videos of this event for promotional purposes (e.g. on LinkedIn Instagram Facebook). It is in our legitimate interest to make memories of our events more vivid through recordings and use them for future marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing is therefore Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. of GDPR. If you want to object to the processing you can simply send an email to businessbabesabroad@gmail.com

REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds unless we have to cancel the meet-up. If you can no longer attend, feel free to offer your spot/ticket in one of our Whatsapp groups to another community member. However, if you drop out less than 24hrs prior to the event, we can't guarantee that someone from the group will be available to take over the spot and transfer you the money due to late notice. Do keep this in mind when registering, and only register if you are 100% sure that you are available to attend.
