Why not join us for an evening of yoga, fine wine, and delicious tapas at Anleger Hamburg? Dive into our special event right by the water, watching the sunset as you relax with other BBAs.
This isn’t just any evening; it’s a chance to stretch, sip, and savor with fellow yoga-loving women. This is a peaceful yoga flow led by the wonderful BBA yoga instructor, Rohini. She has been working extensively to learn, practice and teach how flexibility in each part of the body can influence our daily lives.
In this session, we will practice slow vinyasa flow. This flow will begin with breath awareness, followed by a warm-up, a series of postures, standing, balancing and sitting.
