Hey BBAs!

Why not join us for an evening of yoga, fine wine, and delicious tapas at Anleger Hamburg? Dive into our special event right by the water, watching the sunset as you relax with other BBAs.

This isn’t just any evening; it’s a chance to stretch, sip, and savor with fellow yoga-loving women. This is a peaceful yoga flow led by the wonderful BBA yoga instructor, Rohini. She has been working extensively to learn, practice and teach how flexibility in each part of the body can influence our daily lives. 

In this session, we will practice slow vinyasa flow. This flow will begin with breath awareness, followed by a warm-up, a series of postures, standing, balancing and sitting. 

Don't worry if you are doing yoga for the first time. Yoga is also about knowing when to back off, whether on the mat or off the mat. So, we will enjoy learning about ourselves and allowing ourselves to change, to calm and to relax. All levels are welcomed. At the end of the session, one can feel at ease, happy, joyous, grateful cultivating love within and sharing with others.

After your session, let's mix and mingle over tapas paired with wine while enjoying the sunset on the beach.

• 7:00 - 8:00 PM: Begin with an hour of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
• 8:00 - 10:00 PM: Continue the evening with two hours of connecting with your fellow yoga and foodie BBAs with tapas and wine. 🍷

FAQ

Do I need to be an expert in yoga to join?

No, you don't need to be an expert in yoga to participate. Our yoga session is beginner-friendly and perfect for those who are new to yoga or simply looking to relax and enjoy the experience.

Are there vegetarian options for the tapas?

Yes, we offer a variety of tapas, including vegetarian options.

Do I need to come dressed up for the yoga class?

While some attendees prefer to arrive in their yoga gear, there are changing rooms available if you choose to change on site.

Do I need to arrive at 7:00 PM if I am not participating in the yoga?

No, if you are joining us just for the tapas and wine, feel free to arrive at 8:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to enjoy the food and socialize.

BBA was originally designed as a community for women. However, we recognize that individuals who do not identify as women may also face similar challenges. Therefore, we are actively striving to create inclusive environments that are friendly to individuals who identify as FLINTA (German acronym for women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender people). WHY IS THERE A TICKET FEE?

Running a community of the size of BBA with events multiple times per month comes with significant costs and time resources, charging for our events helps us to cover these costs + reward our staff/volunteers so that we can continue running BBA for years to come.

BOOKING POLICY

Refunds: We do not allow refunds unless we have to cancel the meet-up due to changes in the government covid guidance/restrictions. If you can no longer attend please get in touch to let us know as we usually have a waiting list for meet-ups, and your spot can be passed on to another community member. However, if you drop out less than 24hrs prior to the meet-up then we cannot guarantee that someone from the waiting list will be available to take over the spot.
